The Challenge
The transition from prototype to production catches many teams off guard. Contract manufacturers need clear test procedures, robust manufacturing firmware, and responsive engineering support when issues arise on the line. Most development teams aren't equipped to support a CM directly, and problems that surface during NPI can delay launches by weeks or months.
The Solution
We've developed ATE systems, manufacturing firmware, and device provisioning solutions for factory deployment across multiple products. When yield issues or board failures emerge, we work directly with CM engineering teams to identify root causes and implement fixes. We provide remote support for day-to-day questions and travel onsite for critical bring-up milestones. Our hardware-in-the-loop test infrastructure integrates with CI systems, catching manufacturing regressions before they reach the line.
