I started Readybit Labs because I saw too many promising products fail in the gap between development and production. Great ideas would work on the bench, then fall apart when they hit the factory floor, the supply chain, or the field.

Before founding Readybit Labs, I spent over a decade building embedded systems and IoT products across consumer electronics, wearables, and industrial applications. I've debugged hardware at 2am before production deadlines, solved thermal issues that only appear in enclosures, and navigated the chaos when contract manufacturers hit unexpected yield problems.

That production experience shapes everything we do at Readybit Labs. We build firmware that survives the factory, the supply chain, and years of operation in the field. We think about manufacturing test from day one. We design security that holds up against real attackers.

We're product builders. Through Readybit Inc, we've designed and manufactured our own hardware products, including the IQ-1 Monitor. We know what it means to have your own capital on the line, to deal with suppliers and manufacturers directly, and to support products in the field for years.
